Getting Started

How do I create my first album?

After signing up, click 'Create Album' on your dashboard. Upload photos by dragging and dropping, or clicking 'Select Photos'. Our AI will automatically organize them by date and event.

What file formats are supported?

We support all major image formats including JPG, PNG, HEIC, RAW files (CR2, NEF, ARW), and video formats like MP4, MOV, and AVI.

How do I invite others to contribute to an album?

Open your album, click 'Share', then 'Invite Contributors'. Enter email addresses and set permissions (view only, add photos, or full edit access).

Account & Billing

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes! Go to Account Settings > Subscription. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the next billing cycle for downgrades.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You'll retain access until your current billing period ends. After that, your account becomes read-only. Your photos remain safe and you can reactivate anytime.

Privacy & Security

How secure are my photos?

We use military-grade AES-256 encryption for all photos. Data is stored in secure AWS facilities with multiple backups. We never sell or share your photos.

Can I control who sees my photos?

Absolutely. You have granular privacy controls for every album and photo. Set them as private, shared with specific people, or public with custom permissions.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days. Please download any photos you want to keep first.

Technical Issues

Upload is slow or failing

Check your internet connection. For large files, try uploading in smaller batches. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Contact support if issues persist.

Photos appear rotated incorrectly

This usually happens with photos taken on mobile devices. We read EXIF data to auto-rotate, but you can manually rotate any photo by clicking the rotate button in the editor.

Can't access shared album

Ensure you're logged into the correct account. Check your email for the invitation link. If the album owner changed permissions, contact them directly.
